From sea to table

Each day we receive cathes from some sixty boats along the south coast. Pics of the boats Laguna and Zaima.

The fish is transported to our sorting plant.
In the sorting plant, grading of the fish is made in five different sizes. Som the fish goes to preparation some directly to freezing.

In the filleting hall the fish is prepared for our different markets.
The fish goes to export or to the domestic markets. Some is even sold in our fish shops in Simrishamn and Skillinge.
Freezing See movie about freezing
In Simrishamns Fryshus a commercial cold store plant, offering a full range of services including horizontal and vertical flat freezing, tunnel freezing and loose freezing in gyrofreezers.
Most of the process is fully automatic.
